Why are the funds I mistakenly and all to easily deposited into an APPLE 🍎 ACCOUNT not accessible for transfer to APPLE 🍏 Pay so that I can use the funds where needed? In app purchases are not what I had intended for the $100.
To the best of my knowledge, Apple doesn’t permit transfers. I found this information in the support article I linked to below.

You cannot transfer funds from an Apple account or Apple gift card. Essentially, those are both prepaid into your account for your use but it is effectively Apple's money.
Thank you Jeff Donald. I did read that while researching a solution for this issue. The information you sent is confirmation of what I hoped was not true about the apple to apple transfer. I’d like to know more about the reason I am being denied this seemingly lateral move of my personal funds. The operating system is more than capable of moving all of my other money to any number of different financial institutions. And potentially, none of those transactions could be Apple purchases.
Why are my funds NOT available for transfer between the Apple 🍎 account that I don’t recall asking for and the Apple 🍏Cash option. I have over $30 in the ‘account’??? I don’t want to and shouldn’t have spend it on things I don’t want or need.
