A. Unlinking gmail from the Mail App:

2. Tap: Passwords & Accounts
3. Tap: Gmail
4. Tap: Delete Account

B. Unlinking iCloud from gmail App:

1. Open: the Gmail app .
2. Tap Menu (top-left)
3. Tap: Settings .
