A problem with increasing the radius on the map to fire automatic shortcut

In automation shortcuts, it is not possible to expand the location circle on the map !!

I want to increase the radius on the map so that a shortcut on my way will operate within the same radius.

For some reason it does not allow and shows a blue screen!

How do you solve this problem?

How do you change the orientation of the Apple Map with ease? On apple Maps one can change the orientation by pressing the pointy arrow up the top right, twice. No way to tilt Apple Maps and cannot zoom in close! Supposedly there is a slider on the lower right hand corner of Apple Maps that would allow me to change the tilt. But there is none, and can find no options for showing it or not showing it. All there is in the bottom right hand corner is a circle with arrows in the four compass points that can be moved left or right, and with a button in the middle to switch between 3D and 2D. I thought perhaps that the button can be tilted, but no go. Also, it is not possible to zoom in very close at all to objects. What's with that? Why does Apple limit the tilting and the zooming in? Makes no sense.
