Epic games launcher cannot be removed

Apple Studio macOS Ventura 13.3.1 

Epic games launcher cannot be removed , will not eject , force quit , or allow itself to be trashed , cache in empty in launcher .

Each time I try and install UR 5 , its states launcher is open - any clues - Thanks

Might have to disable SIP...
