According to the support article If a message says 'Your account has been disabled in the App Store and iTunes' - Apple Support you must contact Apple for help if you see that message or one saying "You cannot login because your account has been locked". This is not something you can fix yourself. Apple provides a contact link for this specific issue. I'm sorry to hear that you're having trouble with your Apple Store and iTunes accounts. Here are some steps you can take to troubleshoot the issue:

  1. Check your Apple ID account: Sign in to your Apple ID account page at appleid.apple.com. If you can't remember your password, or it isn't working, you might need to reset it.
  2. Billing information: Apple might have disabled your account if there's a billing issue. Make sure that your payment methods are current and valid.
  3. Software updates: Ensure your device has the latest software updates.
  4. Contact Apple Support: If you're still having trouble after trying these steps, it's a good idea to get in touch with Apple Support. They can help you troubleshoot the issue and provide you with more specific guidance.

Remember, it's important not to share sensitive personal or account information online or with unverified sources. Always contact official support channels for assistance.
