Question

PDF not showing correct in Safari 16.4 on Ventura 13.3.1

Hi my pdf's are only in the top section of my browser window. I have this on al my mac's at the moment. Doesn't Mather from what source.

See screenshot, anyone any idea?

Thanks for your reply, I tried all your options, but non worked. Then I thought, maybe it is a work application related problem. (from the website I open de pdf) That was de reason.

When I open a pdf from any other website/forum etc it works like it should. So I let the IT from work solve this one.

We understand you aren't able to see PDF files in Safari on your Mac properly. We have some steps for you to walk through to help narrow down why this issue occurring.

Restart your Mac. Often a simple restart will resolve most issues.
Try opening the PDF while using a Safari Private Window: Browse privately in Safari on Mac
Open the PDF file in another app to confirm if it's just Safari (use something like Adobe Reader).
Start your Mac to safe mode to see if the same thing occurs: Start up your Mac in safe mode
Restart your Mac like normal and test it again after safe mode.
Create a test user, log in to it, then see if PDFs open in Safari: Change Users & Groups settings on Mac

Reply back with how testing goes if the issue hasn't resolved.
