Bad idea. That gives your husband access to information stored on your Apple Watch. Also all phone calls are using your iPhone's number, all Texting and other messaging is using your SMS/MMS phone number, or your FaceTime account, etc...

You could treat you husband as if he was your dependent child or aging parent, and use Apple Watch Family Sharing. Family Sharing limits the features available on the Apple Watch, because the Apple Watch user does not have an iPhone, and cannot access your iPhone's features, such as the ability to SMS/MMS messages to Android users.
