How to delete from iCloud
I want to clean some photos from my iCloud

Delete them on a device that is synced to iCloud and it will delete the there too. You can also log into iCloud.com and use the Photos app there to delete them. Note that they will still be there for another 30 days in the Recently Deleted folder unless you delete them from there too.
