Preview is erasing pages in my PDF's

I do a lot of shipping. And for bout the past 5 months I've been having issues with Preview erasing my labels.

I'll download my labels which includes a page for a packing slip and a page for a label for each order.

Once I open the PDF it looks fine, but as I scroll or click on pages, random pages will go blank.

It happens every single time and from both my MacBook and my iMac.

But so far it only happens with my UPS labels.

If I use Acrobat I do not have this issue. But if I ue Acrobat to open a PDF that Preview erased, the pages are still blank.

Running OS 13.3.1

Has anyone experienced this?

Thanks

iMac 27″, macOS 12.6

Apple's Preview does not have all of the contemporary PDF support in it that Adobe is capable of deploying in current versions of Acrobat Reader DC or Acrobat Pro DC. There are some PDFs that Preview handles poorly or not at all. Use Acrobat instead of Preview to streamline your workflow.

I am using Ventura 13.3.1 (a) and I have never had Preview remove pages in a PDF in this operating system, or in years previous releases of macOS when that was not expressly my goal. All it takes to remove a page in Preview is to backspace on a selected thumbnail, and to restore it while the PDF is still open, press ⌘Z to undo that removal.
