Change Payment Method
My current payment method has changed on my iCloud account. The website will not take the new payment method without a payment. I have not been able to make the payment because of the old payment method.

"If you change your address, the credit or debit card information that you use with your Apple ID might be automatically updated by your financial institution, and you don't need to take action. But if there's an issue [such as you having a subscription or being a Family Sharing Organizer], add a new card first, then remove the old card."

It will not let me remove the old card because it says I need to make a payment of $.099 before I can move forward,
