I’m unable to share a boarding pass with my girlfriend.
We’ve checked iOS versions and AirDrop settings without success.
We are both using iOS 16.4.1 (a). I use a iPhone 12 Pro Max, while she has an iPhone 13 Mini.

I could Airdrop an Expired Boarding Pass to my Mac without any issue using my iPhone 12 Pro with iOS 16.4.1(a)
What pass is that? Please contact the agency that issued the Pass which may be linked to an Apple ID or your device which can't be shared.
This instance is from Ryan Air, but I’ve experienced the same thing with Norwegian.
But both companies and boarding passes from them, I have been able to share in the past?
Right now I am able to share it on iMessage and my girlfriend can add it without issues there. So it seems like an issue with AirDrop?
Check your Airdrop settings on both phones; make sure you are connected to the same Wi-Fi network, and that you have Bluetooth enabled on both phones. If none of that solves the problem, restart your phones.
So there’s no way to fix this?
Tried it all, including restarting 😅
It has to be a setting somewhere on their end. I am able to send a photo via AirDrop to the recipient just not a pass from my Apple Wallet (to the same recipient).
