Is it turned on?

Is your iPhone set to a country that supports it?

Go to Settings ➜ Wallet & Apple Pay, and make sure Apple Cash is turned on there.

Also, go to Settings ➜ General ➜ Language & Region ➜ Region and make sure it's set to the U.S there.
