Starz episode not showing up

I cannot acces Power S3 E9 via my Apple TV stars subscription, it’s 5 days since the episode dropped.

any advice?

AppleTV not updating watched shows AppleTV’s Continue Watching function does not update when shows are fully watched. I can only update them manually, one by one as watched. I have seen others post about this issue and I have tried restarting device, logging out/in of Apple ID and then checking for updates everyday. Nothing works. Any other ideas?

AppleTV Britbox Channel Won't Play Certain Episodes I have a Britbox Channel subscription through AppleTV. Certain episodes will not play; I am prompted to download the Britbox App. I have reported this to Apple and no one seems to understand. This has happened with Eastenders and Escape to the country and appears to be a common issue (I've included links to all the other Community questions that have been posted on this at the bottom). The most recent was the episode on 5/31. This also happened on 5/29 (which resolved itself it seems) and it happened on 4/11 which never fixed itself). What is more odd is this: for episodes that don't play I notice the normal Britbox Apple TV channel logo does not display; it is the Britbox standalone app. If I go to details or the screen on how do I watch, it only gives me two options: Subscribe to Britbox or Prime Video. For episodes that play as expected, I notice there are three options - the first being my subscription to Britbox. This is behavior on my AppleTV, iPhone and iPad but on my MacBook Pro, the episode doesn't even appear in the list. I have spent a total of 6 hours on the phone with Apple Support trying to get this resolved, sending videos, downloading the Britbox app and trying to sign in with AppleTV even though I told them this won't work. I've contacted BritBox and they can't help me because I don't have a subscription with them. I've have a video that shows one episode playing (it goes black due to DM protection and the episode that prompts me to download the app) and attached some screen shots. Also, all OS and apps are updated. I've restarted devices . . . everything include following the direction of a support rep to try it on my cell data/connection (NO idea how that might help). Can't watch Silo season 2 on Apple TV I'm unable to watch Silo season 2 episode 1. It starts up and then goes black after the recap. It says it was available 2 days ago, 11/15. [Re-Titled by Moderator]

Troubleshooting an App not Showing Up:

A. Removed from iTunes Library:

Sometimes, items become removed from the iTunes library, and they never become accessible again. It all has to do with licensing between Apple and the Developer.

B. Unhide this Purchase:

Perhaps this has become a Hidden Purchase? To see if that is the case, unhide it.
