SAMSUNG TV Error while loading AppleTV

For the past 4 years, my TV has worked fine with APPLE TV. Then suddenly about 2 months ago, the app simply stopped working. I reset the SAMSUNG smart hub but continue to get the error “Unable to Install. Please try again later (APPLE TV:243019)

Does anyone have a solution?

Hello Bac2Mac43,

Thanks for connecting with Apple Support Communities.

To clarify, is the Apple TV app installed on your Samsung Smart Hub? If so, we suggest that you reset the app using the following steps:

"Resetting the Apple TV app or Apple TV+ app removes your personal information and restores the app to its original settings. If you plan to sell or give away your device, or uninstall the app, you might want to reset it first.

  1. Open the Apple TV app or Apple TV+ app.
  2. Go to Settings.
  3. Choose the Reset option.

If you lost or can't access your device but are still signed in to the Apple TV app or Apple TV+ app, remove the device from your Apple ID device list.

If you reset the Apple TV app or Apple TV+ app on a smart TV that's also signed in to the Apple Music app, the Apple Music app restores to its original settings."

If you're unable to install the app on your device, you may need to contact Samsung directly. You can follow this link to reach out to them: Samsung - Get Support

Best wishes.
