Mac mini (Late 2012) latest compatible macOS?

Am currently running High Sierra 10.13.6 on an old Mac mini (Late 2012, model A1347). Apple support shows Catalina as being the latest compatible OS for this model, yet no further updates are available per the software updates. Does this model in fact support Catalina?
