Direct link to photo so I can embed it in a forum post?

Is there a way to get a direct link to a photo, so I can embed it into a forum post, similar to services like imgur.com or imgbb.com?

Similar questions

Viewing photo captions below the photo in Apple or third-party apps I assume we still can only see photo captions in the Get Info box. That is, we cannot see captions below the photo image. If that is still true, is there a third-party app that uses the iCloud photo library that can show the caption below the image?

JPEG not downloading to photos when I click add to photos When I receive a JPEG and want to add it to my photos, I’m not able to click on the little save document button at the top of the photo and have the photo actually show up in my photos.

Featured Photos not the same on my iPhone and my MacBook The featured photos on my MacBook Air and my iPhone are not the same. So the featured photos widget is not showing anything worthwhile. (Not that I like the algorithm that puts things in the Featured Photos collection anyway... hint hint). And on iCloud, there is no Featured Photos at all. I also do not see any "For You" option in the iPhotos app on either device. I am running the most recent version of iOS and macOS on both devices. iPhone 16 pro max.

No. You can get a URL to a shared album:

Adding an Image to ASC:

A. Add an Anchor:

Use my User Tip: How to Add an Anchor to an Image in Apple Communities - User Tip

B. Drag & Drop the image. That should insert the image.

C. Save, then Drag & Drop:

Right-Click: on the image
Select: Save Image As...
Select: "Desktop" for "Where:".
Click: Save button
Drag & Drop: to Apple Support Community Post
