How can I delete Roku Premier from my Sound output menu and input my external Mac Pro (2010) speakers, or the Mac Pro (2021) speakers (mac OS Mojave)?

on the drop down menu, the only option listed was AirBeam TV which I uninstalled. But, now I have nothing on the drop down menu. I have no sound from my MacBook speakers. How to hide unwanted Airplay devices from my 'sound' menu list on my Mac? There are multiple smart TVs and Apple TV connected to my home network and all of them appear of my 'sound' list on the menu bar. I use it for easy access to switch between my airpods and speakers and such. The problem is that I would accidentally click on other airplay devices that do not belong to me. is there a way hide unwanted devices from showing up on the list?

It should only show those speakers which are already connected.

If the Roku speakers are connected via Bluetooth, you will want to make sure they are turned off, and open Apple menu -> System Preferences -> Bluetooth, turn on Bluetooth, and click the gray circled X to the right of them in the Bluetooth Preferences.

If they are connected via RCA/Toslink, disconnect them physically from the computer.
