iphone update 16.4.1 (a) apps not working

Since I updated my iPhone 12 I have been unable to access WhatsApp, Signal, Facebook, tik tok, Instagram but iMessage works, safari / Firefox , I can stream programmes an hour long absolutely fine on safari but the apps will not work!

messages aren’t delivering at all , I don’t receive any unless it’s iMessage

I have reset network settings, I have reset my router, restarted phone, uninstalled all the apps, reinstalled, cleared all the caches , absolutely nothing is working. It’s only on my wifi the apps don’t work for some reason - work absolutely fine on my parents , work fine on my 5G.

iPads work fine , another family members phone with same update does, just my phone for sone reason since the update?
