Hello shiva_mehrdad,

Some of that data on your Apple Watch is drawn from the iPhone, so let's ensure everything is set up there. Check out the steps at If you can't change the time or time zone on your Apple device - Apple Support and make sure it's set to automatic.

Additionally, we see that you found the article Change the time settings on your Apple Watch - Apple Support. Per that, check the following and ensure it's set to zero:

You can set the time shown on your watch face to appear ahead of the actual time. Your alarms, notifications, World Clock, and other times will still match the actual time.
1. Open the Settings app on your watch, then tap Clock.
2. Tap +0 min.
3. Turn the Digital Crown and choose how many minutes ahead to set your watch.
4. Apple Watch showing a dial up to 59 minutes for setting the time ahead
5. Tap the Done button .

Cheers!

The first (and simplest) thing to try if something isn’t working right is to restart your Apple Watch and its paired iPhone. If necessary (device not responding), try a forced restart. Both methods can be found here:

How to restart your Apple Watch - Apple Support

Restart your iPhone - Apple Support

If that doesn't help, the next steps would be to unpair and pair your watch again and restore from the backup just created. This should result in no loss of data. It deletes all temp and corrupted files and re-indexes the file system.
