Apple Watch Series 4 speaker doesn’t work

the speaker on my watch no longer functions. Watch and iPhone are both up to date in terms of software. Yes, I’ve checked the volume, turned off cover to mute, all of the user error things it could be. When I call someone, they can hear me, but my speaker does nothing. I have not dropped the watch, got it wet, ect. I’m not sure when it started, as I seldom use it, the watch is mostly on silent mode, otherwise I use AirPods.

I unpaired and repaired the watch even, I done a factory reset. What do I do to fix this!? Has anyone else had this issue?
