After about 2 minutes Xcode 14.2 crashes (macOS Monterey version 12.6.5)

Hello,

I upgraded my Xcode version from Xcode 13.4.1 to Xcode 14.2.

My macOS is macOS Monterey version 12.6.5.

When I launch Xcode, I can work for about 2 minutes and then Xcode freezes.

I already had this problem a few months ago. I didn't find a solution and went back to Xcode 13.4.1. But now the use of Xcode 14 is mandatory.

Has anyone encountered this problem?

Sincerely

Nicolas

Your Mac presumably can’t get to macOS 13, which means the current Xcode 14.3 is out of range.

Which would be what Apple Developer Support would likely recommend here.

If you have some potentially-problematic add-ons—add-on VPNs, add-on anti-malware, add-on cleaners—then remove all that per the vendors’ instructions, restart, and try again.
