How to remove f.txt.js related download request?

Try this:

Go to -> Settings -> Safari ⤵️

• General -> Block Pop-ups -> turn it On.
• Privacy & Security -> Fraudulent Website Warning -> turn it On.
• Clear History and Website Data.

It would be better if you can please re-post with a screenshot, in order to understand the phenomenon better. Images/pictures speak louder than words.
