I watch blood oxygen

Is there any way to take blood oxygen for sleep more frequently? And can it be set to alarm if blood oxygen lowers to a certain point. For example 80?

if not this is a worthless watch I bought for no reason. Anyone can get a $10 blood oxygen reader.

I don't believe either option you've aske about is a feature of Apple Watch. Have you read this link about Blood Oxygen --> How to use the Blood Oxygen app on Apple Watch - Apple Support

I would strongly disagree Apple Watch is useless. It is not a medical device, but it does sample Oxygen levels and you can check the readings to see if you have an issue.

If this doesn't meet your expectations, complaining here is pointless as this is a user to user only forum. You are welcome to share your thoughts with Apple directly via this link --> Feedback - Watch - Apple
