iPhone internal storage cannot be upgraded. What the iPhone ships with is what it will always have.

iCloud storage can be increased, up to a maximum of 4 TB. That's 2 TB with Apple One, and then 2 TB with iCloud+.
If the current iCloud storage is less than 4 TB, and cannot be increased, what are the errors or diagnostics shown?
