Says refunded but not added back
I bought a vanilla visa gift card on the 15th when I requested it, I did not get it back immediately Even tho it says refunded my question is do refunds go back to gift cards?

Apple does not sell a vanilla visa gift card.
You need to contact the vanilla visa gift card seller, or whoever said it is refunded.
