Getting Safari App Back to Home Page:

A. Drag it Back:

Swipe your finger in from the right. Then, drag it back over.

No Success?...

B. Reset the Home Screen Layout:

If an app or widget has gone missing somehow, then you can also reset the Home Screen Layout. You'd have to add back all the widgets that you can recall being back on there. So, take some screenshots of your home screen layout to have something to refer to.

4. Tap: General
5. Tap: Reset
