Yes, you can. It’s not as pretty as I would like it but this is what you can do:

• Visit the URL you wish to see in your signature. Copy the URL.

Then follow the steps below (copied from here.)

1. Go to Settings  > Mail, then tap Signature.
2. Tap the text field, then edit your signature.
3. You can only use text in your Mail signatures but I have found that you can copy a URL into a signature and it will be hot linked.

• Tip: If you have more than one email account, tap Per Account to set a different signature for each account."

shwaved waved david ~ Yes, you can by easily creating a custom shortcut that creates a text hyperlink. For example, below is your ASC user name hyperlinked to your ASC profile page. Simply modify & run the shortcut, then paste into Mail app's signature setting:
