Flickering 10 year old Thunderbolt Display - repairable?

My display started flickering intermittently a couple of months ago but it seems to be getting worse. I've seen suggestions about poor cable connections but it seems rather that it's the display itself.

Any suggestions about whether it is something that could be repaired and, is so, who might do that (UK)
