I would like to use an Apple TV to connect to our Camping Car Avtex TV. We wish to use a 4G router to wirelessly connect our Apple TV. We have several models of the Apple TV, which are suitable please?

Yes, that should work. Just look for the mobile router in the Network Settings of the Apple TV.

on Apple TV.All Apple TVs will connect to Wi-Fi and or ethernet if the 4G router has an ethernet port to be used.
