Bluetooth not working after upgrade to 16.4.1

Phone did an auto upgrade to 16.4.1 and Bluetooth no longer works

I have already turned Bluetooth off/on, power cycling, etc.

and it still not working.

17.2.1 Bluetooth Issue Since updating to the newest version of iOS I have lost Bluetooth connectivity to some devices and am unable to reconnect. I tried restarting phone, turning Bluetooth on and off again, resetting the external device. Has anyone else had this issue and if you were able to fix it please tell me how. Thanks for your help.
