Scam text opened up an IP address

I clicked on a text from ups telling me my package was on its way, click link to track package. I stupidly clicked the link and it opened up a blank page stating “ safari can’t open the page” and had an IP address in the search bar that looked like a modem IP address. I quickly turned off my phone and restarted my Wi-Fi in the house. Does anyone think I still have an issue with malware or virus?
