I keep getting a message that shows the account has been disabled in App Store and iTunes. I checked the credit car # and have been getting billed for the services I have requested when trying to upgrade my storage it will not allow it and also not allowed to buy music

There's a problem with your iTunes Store account information which can't be fixed from your end. Click here and contact Apple Support when they're open; if the link doesn't have an option for your country, use this form.
