My iphone12mini switches it’s identity to a CETiphone from time to time when I try to back it up on iCloud. I have zero clue what CET would stand for and how it’s accessing my account. Any leads?

I reset network settings and then reset all settings. My iphone continues to flip flop. I changed the name of my iPhone. My backup size has been reduced.

It means "This Phone". The last screenshot is Russian. "Este" is Spanish. Why it keeps switching languages, I don't know. You never answered my question about whether you'd ever used different languages on your phone.
Do you ever switch the language on your phone to French?
