Payment method

I cannot update my credit/debit card since it said it is expired, even though still is valid. However I updated my card to not have problems. I've being trying many many times during the last 2 weeks to update through the Mac, the iphone but it is not updated. I tried to change it for another card, but nothing happened. Tomorrow it's the deadline to keep the 50 GB storage in the iCloud.. So I don't know what to. The payment method system is just not working. I could not find an Apple support directly to ask what may be happening.

Are there any Apple people in this community, that may help me?

You might want to reach out to the Billing Support Team:
