iPhone 14 pro Really Low quality videos

Well, I came from iPhone 11 and the c video quality was AMAZING! No blurring, immediate zoom and really clear videos even when I uploaded them in different platforms. Now, my videos are really bad without clearance and if I try to appload them, the quality becomes even worse! My best has a phone that costs 100 euros and we have the same quality videos !!! I don’t know why is this happening, I have tried everything from the settings and nothing changes ! If anyone can help me, please reply!! Thank you !
