Somalia not included in the countries on the drop down list

If you try to register your country on the Apple ID as Somalia, the country is not included in the drop down list of the countries. As a result Apple customers in Somalia can’t use their credit cards to make purchases on the iCloud store and other products/services.

Why Bangladesh is not on icloud country list? There is thousands of apple users in bangladesh and apple got official store in Dhaka as well. But the most irritating things for us that we can’t open icloud account and payment on our apple id because there bangladesh is not in country list of apple.
