You have an iPad 4th generation, launched in late 2012.

Apple considers that iPad to be obsolete and no longer offers

repair for it. You may find a 3rd party repair service with the

necessary parts but the cost will probably be more than the

iPad is worth.


It is time to consider a new iPad. Also check Apple's refurbished

offerings if available in your location.
