Voice to text FAIL

With all of the technology and talent at Apple, how in the actual **** is it possible for voice to text to be so so terrible? It actually got worse! In fact, it’s gotten worse with every update! Does Apple not have anyone in programming who understands basic English grammar? I’m truly asking out of dismay. I really don’t understand how it has actually gotten worse.
