Search with google lens on iphone 14 not working

Google lens is a third-party application.

I have the same issue so does my husband. iphone 13 and 14 pro. i spent two hour troubleshooting with google tech support. The lens works in google photos. Thus is an Apple issue -drop-down menu malfunction.

I have Iphone XR and it stopped responding in my photos, but seems to be working on the web.

I tried all troubleshooting I found and its not working. Issue started couple of days ago.

I have the same issue on my 14 Pro.

Can't get the action "Search with Google Lens" to launch from a screenshot.

Delete everything to do with google lens, google photo, google etc …even from App Library if anything still there related to google, then reinstall from App Store.

nothing on my drop down menu was working but once I reinstalled google it worked again.

happened to me too. Since not only the lens wasn’t working, I didn’t think it’s related to google somehow….

in any case, Google released v265.0 of Google search a few hours ago. Updated it, now everything works great.

On Apple 11 Pro - everything on the menu except Search With Google Lens works if you click it first. In other words after I click Search With Google Lens then nothing else on the drop-down list will

work. I would then have to close it out, select the photo again and do what I want.

Same thing with iPhone 11, go into pictures then hit the up arrow and nothing in that menu works.

Tried google lens, Pinterest etc and nothing works.

I have the latest IOS software too.

Iphone 11. I use this feature DAILY and it literally worked LAST NIGHT. Today, Nothing. Wow. This is NOT GOOD. IOS 15.7.1 The other feature work but not searcy with Google lens.

I have an IPhone 12 and the same issue. Just stopped working out of nowhere.

It’s not only the search with Google lens, but none of the other options are working either.

Im sorry, Im not finding google lens app in apple store. Android users do, but not apple?

Thank you so much this worked for me. I only deleted the google app not google photo or any other google apps. I reinstalled and it fixed the issue. Thanks!

I deleted the entire google app and re-installed it, and everything on the drop down menu now works. It now will search with lens, print and copy, and it would not before.
