All of a sudden, Alarm, Timer, and Stopwatch apps are GONE from my Control Center. I don’t mean that they’re not in the Included Controls, I mean they aren’t even in the More Controls area. They just don’t exist. I just got a new iPad and now these apps are missing from my phone. Could those events be related?
Anybody who has this problem in the future, the fix was SO simple that I feel stupid. In order to clean things up on my screen, I sent the Clock app into the Cloud. I spoke with a guy in Tech Support who suggested I install it back from the Cloud and it’s back and in my Control Center once again. I wish all of my other problems could be fixed this easily.

I do not know what "More Controls area" is.
Have you tried Settings > Control Center > [Scroll Down all that is missing]
Here are screen grabs of the Control Center in Settings. I just updated to iOS 16.5, and they’re still gone. Not all of the apps fit on one screen grab, so I “grabbed” the screen in 2 sections. As you can see, the sections are marked Included Controls and More Controls.
The only thing that’s different than a couple of days ago when I had the apps, is that I got a new iPad and backed both up to our Mac via cable. The apps still exist on my old iPad, which I’m in the process of sending back for credit. They also exist on my wife’s iPhone 13 Mini and my new iPad 10th generation. I restarted the phone when I noticed they were missing. That didn’t make them come back. In case it matters, my phone is an iPhone 11 Pro.
Hope that clarifies my situation. Any ideas?
