well iOS 16.5 get battery problem and WhatsApp stuck freez not work plllzzz solve it!! I can not use WhatsApp
Its been 2 days not able to use WhatsApp - it gets stuck - I have reinstalled the app and even that did not work .. I reset the entire phone and its still the same .. please help - I am using iPhone 13 and iOS version is 16.2 (20C65)
You will need to contact WhatsApp for help with their software, this is not an Apple product.

Are you using iphone x? seems I am having the same issues too, mine will just freeze and won't respond again
I also updated to the latest version of ios - ios 16.5(20F66) and the issue is still the same - none of the other apps have this issue other than WhatsApp

You will have to contact them again, they most likely need to update their software to be compatible with iOS 16.5.
