Writing an effective Apple Support Communities question

Is this a New Issue or Old Issue ? 

With so little actionable Information to work with, please provide some reliable , accurate, details / context which may help to pinpoint a possible solution.

After all, we do not what to offer that which has already been attempted by the User 

“libsoda.so” can’t be opened because it was not downloaded from the App Store.

I have this problem too and does anyone know how to delete it or stop it from popping up.????
