As you make mention of Apple Music and do not indicate these were purchased albums, the suggestions offered will be specific to subscription content. If that is not the case, provide additional details to facilitate future replies to your post.
One possible explanation is that the content you're attempting to access is not available on the Apple Music platform. To check, visit Marketing Tools and Resources and search for the albums in your country to see if they should be available.
Another element to verify is storage space on your device. As you suggest these albums do appear when searched for, see if they will stream and if so, next verify that you have sufficient device storage in order to be able to hold the attempts to download those albums.
Ensure that you are following the process to access and add download these albums per Add and download music from Apple Music and if they were matched from albums you loaded to a computer previously, ensure that computer has not deleted the albums in question.
If the content should be available and streams but will not download to a device with sufficient storage, contact Apple Support to investigate this behavior further.
