If I purchase a Samsung phone with my Apple Card, will I be charged with a monthly installment or will it immediately make me pay Apple back within that month?

So, in answer to your question, you’ll be able to purchase any item you want with your Apple Card MasterCard, but they are subject to the terms and conditions of your Apple Card account. Samsung products are not currently available for Apple Installment Plan.
