The old Apple ID is for my father. We had such a horrible time trying to figure out his password (he’s 80) that we just started over . However, my credit card is attached to it for storage and the credit card company keeps allowing the charge because it’s a subscription. I have even got a new credit card number . Very frustrating ! Thanks for any help !
