My series 7 Apple Watch ECG features stopped working? Is there something I can do ?

I'm still having this problem also, I uninstalled the ECG app and reinstalled it but it's still not working. Has anyone found anything different that works?
I have the same issue and was told to send in $299 and they will replace it with a like watch. I'm not crazy about that solution.
Wow! I agree that is NOT a satisfactory solution. I reported the issue on Apple's "Feedback" because i have some devices on BETA (not the watch) and it says there are "more than 10" reports of the same issue.
