Notifications sound lower than ringtone

Is it normal that all notifications sound (whatsapp, text msg, mail...) on my Iphone 14 pro are lower than the ringtone sound? (the volume in settings is set high)

The notification sound is quieter than the phone ringing. I have a new Iphone 14 pro , ios 16.6.1 and I have a problem with the notification volume which is much quieter than the phone ringtone. I have everything in the settings set to maximum volume and set well, but it doesn't even help. Please help. Thank you for answer.
