Not everything can be added to the Apple Wallet. AFAIK, you cannot add documents.

What can be added are:

Credit, debit, and prepaid cards
Boarding passes
Tickets and event passes
Loyalty cards and rewards programs
Coupons
Student ID cards
Transit passes
