How to change HomeKit devices to new network

We have a new Wi-Fi router (mesh) and subsequently all our HomeKit devices now are not connected. Is there no “master” network selection in Home app to change these universally to the new network? Is a hard reset/reconnect necessary for each device?

The real question is for devices that do not have an interface such as smart plugs, or switches that are visible on the HomeKit app but not connected to the new router and thus showing “no response” or “unavailable”
