Hi,
How do I transfer a calls from one iPhone (after all ready taken call) to another phone (Android or iPhone). I don’t want call forwarding or diverts. And while there is Merge that works but ounce you hit hang up it hangs up all calls, I want it to hang up mine and not the transfer call as well.
Can this be done???

Contact your Carrier:
This is a service that you carrier must provide. So, contact them, asking them if you have this service. If you don't, then you may need to change your Cellular plan.

As already posted, you’ll need to contact your carrier.
FWIW, while it’s no doubt technically possible, it’s generally not a standard dialing feature of most carriers; at least for non-corporate, individual-line subscribers.

You are also correct that “merge” is used for 3-way calling; and once you (the “3-way merge initiator”) drop out of the call, the other two participants are dropped as well.
